Quadlet support for build arguments

Quadlet's do not have a keyword for specifying build arguments.

Suggest potential solution

it would be nice if Quadlet's had a keyword for this like BuildArg

Have you considered any alternatives?

PodmanArgs=--build-arg ENV=dev does work.
